Description
The Oxford Casino is a hotel and casino in Maine, owned and operated by Churchill Downs Inc. They brought us on board to help them design a ground-up expansion to their existing Casino in Oxford, Maine. The $25M project included:
- Ground up 4-story Hotel Tower adding 106 guestrooms
- New hotel lobby
- Casino expansion
- Retail
- Multi-function ballroom
- Pub & Grill
- Grab ‘n go
The guestrooms were fitted with new furniture, fixtures, and equipment. We provided complete architectural and interior design services from case goods, soft goods, to artwork and accessories. The guestrooms include Double/Double, King, Expanded King, Jr Suite and Super Suite.
