R2A teamed up with CRTKL to renovate and upgrade 2 racetrack facilities in Maryland called Laurel Park and Pimlico Race Course. We master planned, programmed and designed concepts for both facilities.

The program included:

  • Equine Paddock
  • New Dormitory Facilities
  • Track Surface Re-design
  • Administration Offices
  • Site Infrastructure
