Bally’s Dover Casino Resort is the largest casino and hotel located Delaware. It offers a range of entertainment options, including gambling, horse racing, dining, and hotel accommodations. Discover Círculo Lounge, an upscale hotspot inside Bally’s Dover, and Delaware’s first and only rotating bar. Designed as a high‑energy, scenic destination, Círculo Lounge offers guests a unique 360‑degree revolving cocktail experience — delivering four full rotations each hour while overlooking the vibrant casino floor.
R2A and R2I planned and designed a +/- 2,000 SF brand-new bar in the center of the casino where the former Fire and Ice bar used to be.
The new concept blended “elegant touches with playful inspiration drawn from seaside boardwalks and amusement rides,” layered with modern craft cocktail lounge vibes. Círculo Lounge isn’t just a bar — it’s a destination built around connection. As highlighted by community events hosted onsite, the space symbolizes the idea of a “circle” as a place for friends, colleagues, and new acquaintances to come together in an inviting, upscale atmosphere. Live entertainment from solo artists, DJs and debuts also will be in store.
