Description
We master planned and designed the original ground-up building and since then have master planned and designed 2 expansions.
- Original Building 2018
- 75,000 sf included HRM facility, 2 quick service restaurants, bar, and players club.
- Expansion 1 2020
- 8,300 sf included outdoor smoking patio.
- Expansion 2 2023
- 135,000 sf included a hotel, restaurants, bars, and gaming expansion.
