R2A + R2I (minority-owned), award-winning, design organizations recognized for their excellence in Master Planning, Architecture, and Interior Design, are proud to announce the official opening of the new Mid-West office in downtown Cedar Rapids, Iowa. Located in the prestigious Alliant Energy Tower—the city’s tallest and most iconic building—this strategic expansion marks a significant milestone in the organization’s 20+ year legacy of design leadership across the United States.

The Cedar Rapids office will play a central role in supporting the highly anticipated $250 million Cedar Rapids Casino and Entertainment project, which R2A + R2I has master planned and designed from the ground up. Beyond this landmark project, the office will also serve a growing roster of national clients in the casino, hotel, entertainment, and food & beverage industries throughout the region.In addition to strengthening its presence in the hospitality sector, the new office will support the firm’s continued growth into other key markets, including Medical, Manufacturing, and Higher Education—further diversifying R2A + R2I’s client base and project portfolio.
