Hotel and Casino Expansion | Concept

R2Architects provided architectural and interior design services for two hotel/casino expansion concepts at Miami Valley Gaming.
Both concepts included a new 192 room hotel, a 1000 space multi-story parking garage, a 10,000-12,000 sq. ft addition to the existing gaming floor which would house an additional 250 gaming machines, a coffee shop/food concept (approx. 2500 sq. ft.) with seating off the hotel lobby as well as a back of house food & beverage area (approx. 5000 sq. ft.) that would also support room service for the hotel.
The hotel concepts were made up of the following layout; 156 Standard Rooms, 24 Corner Suites and 12 Junior Suites.
