Oak Grove Racing · Gaming · Hotel is a Ground Up Historical Race Gaming facility that features a racetrack located in Oak Grove, Kentucky.
The HRM Facility includes:

In 2018, R2A was tasked with performing master planning duties on a 240-acre farm field in Oak Grove Kentucky that was to be developed into a Racing / Gaming / Hotel destination. Over the course of +/- 4 months, R2A along with the Civil Engineer performed due diligence on the existing site to understand its topography, infrastructure (gas, electricity, etc.), geotechnical makeup and overall potential.
In addition, a timeline and list of necessary approvals that would be required was developed. The master planning included the layout of a HRM facility, associated hotel along with outbuildings / facilities that would include a harness horse racing track, multiple barns and stables, RV park, maintenance building and amphitheater.
This project opened successfully in 2020.
