With over 20 years of extensive experience in the architectural field, Richard has made significant strides in his career, dedicating the last decade to R2Architects. As a Senior Project Manager, he has earned a reputation for leading some of the firm’s most exciting and high-profile projects across a diverse range of market sectors, including hotel and casino resorts, healthcare, higher education, and corporate workplace environments.

Richard’s calm, controlled, and confident demeanor under pressure makes him an invaluable asset to both clients and team members alike. His collaborative approach ensures that every project not only meets but exceeds expectations, even in the face of demanding timelines and complex challenges.

Among his notable achievements, Richard has spearheaded the Churchill Downs, Inc. High-Tech Corporate Headquarters Expansion in Louisville, Kentucky, and the Oxford Casino Hotel Tower Expansion in Oxford, Maine. He has also played a pivotal role in various research and development projects at Rutgers University and Rowan University. In addition, Richard has been instrumental in designing acute care and outpatient facilities for leading healthcare providers, including Cooper University Healthcare and Virtua Health System. He oversees an impressive portfolio of construction projects, managing over $50 million annually.

A proud South Jersey native, Richard holds a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from Catholic University and a Bachelor of Architecture from Drexel University. His educational background, combined with his extensive hands-on experience, equips him with a unique perspective that he brings to each project.
