Demarest Hall is a dormitory that is part of Rutgers College in New Brunswick, New Jersey, USA. It is named for Reverend William Henry Steele Demarest, who was the eleventh President of Rutgers College from 1906 to 1924.

R2A & R2I worked with Rutgers to renovate and upgrade the 10,000 sf co-ed student housing building on the College Avenue Campus.

The $2.75M project consisted of the complete removal and replacement of all the wet areas (restrooms, shower areas, office, student rooms, environmental services areas, etc.) including all the plumbing throughout all four levels.  New resident rooms were space planned and the Student Recreation Lounge was upgraded with new finishes and a floor lift was fitted into the main student lounge and recreation circulation areas.
