Turfway Park Racing & Gaming is an Historical Racing Machine facility that has American horse racing track located just outside the city limits to the north of Florence, Kentucky.
This project features over 800 historical racing machines, smoking parlor, new state-of-the-house clubhouse, the largest simulcast in the state with VIP amenities, 2 great restaurants, a main stage featuring live entertainment, a VIP lounge and gaming area and last but not least an 18,500 square foot event center.
We spent 5 months master planning this project with our client. We went through multiple rounds of different layouts with our civil engineer to make sure it was the right size, correct layout and facing the right direction.
